Read their TOS - then compare to Wordpress.com or Weebly.com - the verbage unmistakeably allows them to supplement rental income by sub-licensing your material -- forever -- EVEN AFTER YOU MOVE ON. If you don't want to give them that right - you have to look elsewhere. Be sure and tell them why you didn't go with them.

WP-ENGINE TOS:
"However, in order to enable us to provide the Services, we need Customer to grant us certain limited rights therein. As such, Customer hereby grants to us, our affiliates, providers of Third Party Services, and subcontractors a non-exclusive, fully-paid, perpetual, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, transferable, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, prepare derivative works of and distribute the Customer Content (in whole or in part)."

COMPARE THE RELEVENT SECTION in the WORDPRESS.COM TOS:
"By submitting Content to Automattic for inclusion on your Website, you grant Automattic a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your blog. If you delete Content, Automattic will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable."
