WinFF is a GUI for the command line video converter, FFMPEG. It will convert most any video file that FFmpeg will convert. WinFF does multiple files in multiple formats at one time. Besides being the best video converter in existence, it is also an audio converter, AND it can convert a video INTO an audio format (instead of trying to rip it, which can loose quality).
Out of any video converter on linux, I use this one the most. It is the easiest and seems to produce the best output in video quality. It comes loaded with a lot of excellent presets.
