about VirtuaWin Dec 2016

Virtuawin is one software I have not been able to find a comparable alternative to.
My requirements are:
- desktop configuration: side-by-side or top-to-bottom or other grid patterns
- Ability to view windows in other desktop in a toolbar or other integration: virtualwin has a module kvasdopager that is awesome (thanks to the author)
- Drag and drop windows from one desktop to another using the pager: the kvasdopager app works! awesome!
- Background configurable: each desktop can have its own.
- rules for windows: has rules for various uses windows to show in all desktops (instant messengers etc), windows to be restricted to certain desktop (outlook, eclipse ide etc). Rules are not super easy - but middle clicking any window gives access to virtuawin rules.

None of the apps include all this for free and without bloat and ad/evilware.

Truly one of the best virtual desktop managers. Maybe it's not as good looking as Dexpot, but it is multiple times faster. So far I've got no problems with it (and I'm using VirtuaWin one for some years).
