This man is confused. In the 'Settings" you can choose the NUMBER OF VIRTUAL DRIVES. If you set it to 'Disabled' then the tray icon will lead you back to settings, of course. But if you set it to 1 or more, then when you right-click the Tray Icon, it will say MOUNT followed by the option of the Virtual Drive Letter of your choice. Gordon must not have set the Drive number and left it disabled so there was no 'drive' to mount the .iso (whatever) to.

Also, for the safety of your computer, do not set it to the highest amount without first easing up to it. If you go from zero virtual drives to the highest number, your computer will crash, and you will have to restart it in safe mode, remove the drivers for each individual virtual drive, uninstall Virtual Clonedrive, and then restart your computer in normal mode, and then reinstall Virtual Clonedrive. It is a painful process to have to go through, so, do yourself a favor and don't overload your computer with the maximum amount of virtual drives, which you probably don't even need.
