Does not distinguish between left and right CTRL, Option, and Shift

It's a great utility, it just falls short because it does not distinguish between left and right Control, Option/Alt, and Shift for apps (MAME, some games, etc) that need it. I'm taking a guess that the options that do exist are only for the left side keys.
