Quite a rarity these days, but here's the manual: http://homepage.mac.com/t_ogihara/software/OSX/toyv-help/English.lproj/index.html . One of the better alternatives to irfanview in OSX, more feature-rich than Xee and Sequential.

Japanese interface is very specific.

This app cannot just move between images in one folder by simple hotkey like cmd+, cmd+<

What is ToyViewer?

ToyViewer is an image viewer, which also provides various editing functions. Quick starting is one of the features.

Supports: Standards of Mac OS X: tiff, jpg, pdf, png, gif, bmp, pict, JPEG2000 (jp2, jpc, j2k), eps; ToyViewer deals: svg, jbig (bie), pcx, pcd, pnm (ppm, pbm, pgm), xbm, mag, SUN Rasterfile; Others: For example, if you have Adobe Photoshop, ToyViewer can display psd image files.

You can set ToyViewer to display any image format if there is a filter program to ppm format. Also supports images in archives (zip etc).
