Will not copy files that are in use which makes is somewhat useless for my needs. I recommend FreeFileSync for this purpose. Easier to use and it doesn't freeze up like Synkron does.

Uh, I tried to install it on Windows XP, didn't work. So I tried Allway Sync and it did the job right.

I also noted that at least under windows 7, synctoy is not reliable. It did not copy everything. I used version 2.1.

No other free application than Allway Sync () is able to sync directly and reliable a WebDAV-Folder or SD-Memory-Card from a "Windows Mobile" SmartPhone with a Vista PC Folder.
After detailed comparison with many other syncing applications I recommend Allway Sync as the best one, if you have no problems with the restriction of max. 40000 files per months for free private use.

I have tested SyncToy many month ago. In my remembering the synchronisation prozess was not reliable, concerning synchronizing in BOTH directions inluding DELETION in BOTH directions, so that i very soon changed to the very reliable professional products Allway Sync (free until max. 20000 files/ month or PureSync free without limitations for private use. The Open Source product SYNKRON is also very reliable, but You cannot see in the file-list the size, date and time of the synced files after comparing process.
