Easy to install and a good idea, but there is still a lot to do. You can only make a line break using html. The Ajax&Javascript interactions occasionally don't work or initialise properly. In no way this can be compared to Google Notebook, but it is close to a very early version of Evernote. The start-up&profit idea seems to be a hosted service: the downloadable version is single user only and offers no security whatsoever - but who pay for an incomplete GoogleNotebook or Evernote if those are free anyways?!
