Splash ID 2 on a scale of 1-10

Have used this app for YEARS (maybe 10+). Started on a Palm and moved up to the PC etc.
Why 2 on a 10 scale?
1. The program is no longer supported. If you ask a question of a help desk in 2016/2017 you will get responses from 2013 or earlier.
2. The recent changes have broken the program. DeDupe is non-existent on the cloud version and doesn't work on the desk/app versions.
3. The portable KeySafe USB drive is no longer working and doesn't sync or back up with anything. It's a standalone piece of hardware and quickly out of date if you have new passwords being added all the time. If you keep the KeySafe up to date your pc/cloud versions will not be up to date. In addition, loss of the USB drive means you are SOL.
4. Not completely sure about this be I've seen references which indicate this company is now based in Dubai?
5. Not a single promise about fixes/upgrades has been kept since 2013... What comes out seems to have nothing to do with user requests.

So, I'm looking for something better. However, So far this is the ONLY "password" manager that seems to START with a nice database (including customization for Credit Cards, Personal Data, etc as well as passwords. Everything I've seen as a "replacement" is worthless for keeping my family personal information (SSN, DL's, BD's, etc) as well as passwords.

I have used the windows version of SplashID and found it really good. User friendly and the best password management tool i have ever used. All the passwords are categorized based on your use and it can also sync to your web passwords in the browser. awesome experience

I highly recommend SplashId , because i have used it myself. Browser integration is fabulous. Also it is very easy to use. As soon as you create your account, you can actually set a pattern for splashid login, therefore you technically have to remember zero passwords. Extremely secure for USB usages as well. highly recommended
