I dare say the Screenpresso UI has become more responsive recently and I can no longer complain. Also great support for pushing screenshots to twitter, facebook, minus(!), etc. I really like the history window and how one can conveniently access, edit and manage recent screenshots. Downsides:
* 'auto-scroll feature cannot beat a browser-based plugin for website screenshots
* branding, required internet connection in the free version.
