FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE Manage your subscriptions in one convenient place, and schedule them to arrive when you want them (real-time, weekly, monthly, and at your chosen time). You can even include or exclude weekend distributions.
EASY TO USE Designed with busy people in mind, RSS FWD lets you add, edit, or delete your feed subscriptions from the interface wizard?, and you can easily manage your email addresses associated with different feed subscriptions.
FUNCTIONAL RSS FWD only sends you updated content, so there’s no need to weed through content you’ve already received. RSS FWD will also automatically validate the feed during the set-up if you’re not quite sure it’s correct.

j2 Global, the society which owns this website, provides this service for free - but 3 feeds max - if you're willing to give your first name and last name. They're not mandatory, but they also ask for your company name and your phone number. I don't like it :C but perhaps you're ok with that ?
