Great very simple program. It has no drawbacks, can tune your system by remembering processes' priorities. One scenario you want use is for example to set high priority to your browsers and low priority to windows gadgets, forever!
It has also other features like giving some application administrative privileges with no confirmation every time they start.
With prio we can also see ports used by particular application.
All of this within Windows Task Manager
