I was looking for something like Digsby for Linux. So far so good! Although it uses Wine, I was impressed how seamless it ran. I like how it lets you manage your groups or show all contacts regardless of protocol or group, up to you. I like to customize my groups and then have my chat client, whether Digsby or Palringo, remember how I like everybody organized and renamed.
