My quick and short experiences after test installation of paint.com:
Changing of Text Background: .................................................. very difficult
Selecting of a rectangle and change frame thickness ......... very difficult
Filling of a rectangle with colour ............................................... very difficult
Select and move a text object and change the font size ..... very difficult I have much better experience doing these text manipulating tasks with http://alternativeto.net/desktop/photoscape/ or http://alternativeto.net/desktop/open-office-draw/
