Actually, I didn't really find any alternatives that would provide more and better VoIP features like this one. It's especially useful for my call center. And due to these APIs (http://ozekiphone.com/voip-developers-guide-for-ozeki-phone-system-xe-pbx-197.html) my developer staff customized it perfectly according to our call center's need. It works for me!
