    • This is both yes and no. OpenStreetmap consists of map database, several renderings of that database as map images and web tools for browsing the images. MapQuest uses the same database, in a read-only way, although they may augment it. However it does have a different rendering from the default OpenStreetmap rendering and has a different user interface and additional functions.
