is very interesting for me.
I did not know http://alternativeto.net/desktop/virustotal until now. But I think this could be very useful, if you are not shure, if a file is infected. In this special case I would think, the file has no virus, because I personally have very good experience with Avast and I have numerous informations that Kaspersky is very reliable. Both did detect no virus in the installer file of NotMyIP.
In spite of this I gave a LIKE for http://www.virustotal.com .

WARNING!
I scanned the installer file with VirusTotal and 7 on 42 antivirus identified it as a virus!
