Highly recommended. The interface may not seem appealing at first, but it is essentially turning your simple SonyEricsson phone into just what most of us need: A good organizer. My notes are synced with Sticky-Notes in Windows 7, my calendar with Google Calendar and my contacs with Gmail. I've configured it so that I just need to connect my phone and open up MPE to make Multi-Sync start automatically. I have set Multi-Sync up so it does the mentioned syncing, plus transferring all phone pictures and movies to a specified folder, synchronizing the clock with the internet and saving my phone log and all my messages. Then I can just set up a backup routine of the MyPhoneExplorer database, and my mobile data is just as safely stored as all other data. The big convenience with syncing this way is:
- Easier editing of big amounts of notes, messages, pictures, calendar events etc.
- The data becomes more available. (Your computer, internet...)
- Backup.
- Infinite storage. (I just sync the pictures from my phone, then delete them from my phone.) I simply do not understand why more people doesn't use this solution! It costs absolutely nothing, and makes your life ten times easier. I always keep track of my appointments and always have my key notes with me just because of MPE.
