Munin Comments

Similar results to Cacti but so much easier to get up and running

Positive Comment by itsandy
about Munin and Cacti Apr 2013

I haven't used Cacti since 2008 so things may have changed, but Munin was so easy to get running. In under 35 minutes it was up and running and monitoring two servers (one Windows, the other Linux). The first time I used Cacti it felt like it took three days to get it running properly.
