It installs as an icon in the system preferences not like a normal application. That alone is b.s. IMHO. Because of that, it is impossible to start Mouse Locator on system startup. So every time you log in, you have to manually go into system preferences and go through this annoying procedure to be able to see the mouse pointer. But once you did that, it works well.
