MonoQL is like a desktop MySQL client in a browser. You can try it out for yourself at http://demo.MonoQL.com or download the source here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/monoql. MonoQL will provide all of the major functions that phpMyAdmin provides, using a modern interface. It will also provide support for MSSQL and Oracle.
