MonoQL will provide all of the major functions that phpMyAdmin provides, using a modern interface. It will also provide support for MSSQL and Oracle. MonoQL was built on the ExtJS javascript framework (http://www.extjs.com) and the Helix PHP Framework (http://sourceforge.net/projects/helix).
