I recommend frequent brainstormers check out mySimpleSurface.com. Quickly jot down ideas create some semi structured plans and share those. Super quick and small learning curve. It is getting positive reviews by teachers for ease of use by students but it's working for me at work. Also running on my iPad with pinch zoom and easy moving around by touch. Quite different to task lists and project management software but the same goal of managing, and organising ideas and things. I tried it without even signing up.
