Tried mikogo, never made a connection through NAT. Closed the app in 2 mins.
I agree with Alex. Unlimited number of attendees can provide only Ammyy Admin which is more aimed at web conferences and helpdesk than Mikogo.

Mikogo is an excellent free application for web conferencing. But if you want more number of attendees, you will have to look for other solutions like GoMeetNow http://www.gomeetnow.com or GoToMeeting.
