It is a free tool to delete files blocked by something you do not know. LockHunter is useful for fighting against malware, and other programs that are blocking files without a reason. And, contrarily to Unlocker, this one has no toolbar and crapware bundled with it. Great find!
Where I've always used Unlocker I found this as an alternative on Windows 7, which Unlocker doesn't support.
