A live chat has many other features like third party integration, call back, and page specific chat invitation, multiple language profile, various Statistics Report like Chat request report. Login logout report, chat rating report, Customize: Pre-chat, Post chat and off-line message forms, Layered chat window, CRM Integration (SalesForce, Sugar CRM). A live chat can be integrated with many of the third party software to enhance their utility. I myself am using live chat software from live2support.

I run a small home business. My store sells baby products. Some months ago, I read on a blog that working mothers like to order products from Internet stores that have live chat since they mostly order from work and can’t talk over the phone in the presence of other people. I read several online reviews. I chose Live2support because they agreed to teach me and offer round-the-clock customer service and I can do my own things only after the kids have gone to sleep. I am busy with customers all day. Web chat has been a great hit on my website. I sent out an email to all my customers announcing live chat. Many of them actually congratulated me through live chat. This program has hundreds of features and I am learning a few at a time every evening. I recently learned how to use proactive chat which was quite nice.

Easy to use and customer friendly

The first thing I noticed about Live2Support after installing it on our company’s website was the fact that we didn’t have to pay extra for the desktop version. It ran nicely in the background and would minimize itself to the system tray when not in use. Installing the program was real easy and didn’t take too long either. We generated the code, copied it, uploaded the page, and were in business in five minutes. An extremely easy-to-use customer friendly live chat application with no hoops to jump to make it work like some of the other live chat programs. Nice visitor interface which has let us put our company logo right on top.

As a website owner, I have to always look for ROI, when I was going to start live chat on my website, little bit worried about it but after getting experience live2support chat software, I am fully satisfied with this chat s/w because it helped me in handling my online customers. I have recommended it to one of my friend also and he is also getting good business through this chat widget.

Found Live2Support very useful to monitor new visitors on my website and support customers remotely. Of course, very simple to operate but gives me nice chat features. Low prices and easy to integrate with website. This can be a good option when you need a live chat option to provide instant support to your customers through chat.
