I came across this community website speakingcultures.com. Anyone else a user? What do you think of it, as I am looking for alternatives to Live Mocha now that the kids are grown up and I have time at the weekends again!!!

Since the last days of February, Livemocha don't accept new members:

Unfortunately we are unable to accept new accounts at this time.

Nobody knows when registrations will be restored (if it's temporary).

This site is good for meeting and learning languages from all over, still a bit buggy but you can get around it. Also it doesnt let you sign up from a Linux system. It says you have to do it from a Mac or PC because it only supports those. :\
