Enpass is similar to Keepass, but it's not open source and it's not free (though it has a free plan, it is very limited). And, depending on if you see it as a pro or a con, Enpass does not provide the service to store your password database in the cloud. If you want to sync your passwords between devices, you have to use an online storage service of your choice.
The main reasons to choose Enpass over KeePass if you want an offline password manager are that it looks good and is less complicated to set up.

Enpass is better than Lastpass because they don't store your data in the cloud (choice is yours how to sync/store it). But they use a proprietary format, they're not open sourced and they don't allow using keyfiles for added security. Using KeepassXC + PassIFox or PassIChrome gives you all of this, and is a better, free, open source choice.
