KTouch is a program for learning how to touch-type, both for children and adults. To install in Ubuntu, open the main menu, and select "Add applications..." then search for Ktouch. Alternatively, open a terminal and type: "sudo apt-get install ktouch" then press enter and type your password when prompted.
