Well, there's a couple of workarounds you could use for this. You could submit "Kiwi" to AlternativeTo with the developer's name included; for example, "Kiwi (by PlusFourSix)". Or, append the type of application that Kiwi is to its name; for example, "Kiwi (music service)".
These are just workarounds, but unfortunately there's no way to create two applications with exactly identical names right now.
