Lately I have been using http://www.savevid.com/ because it shows the resolutions of the videos so you know which is the biggest resolution. But if you really want to download something, and are using firefox with a high enough cache setting, you can buffer it, and then goto your cache folder, and be able to just copy it. In some ways that is quicker.
