Great app

about Jaikoz · ·

This application has given me complete control over how I fix my music collection. The forums on the website are helpful and the developer is really responsive. It is regularly updated too and the pro version includes calculating BPM. Great app

Got Jaikoz a couple of years ago, and have been using it both on windows and OSX. Love the automatic correct: it does the best job overall compared to others I have tried (tuneup, picard, ...). It is also itunes agnostic.

The automatic correct option does 98% of all the work. Once done I tend to use the free MP3tag (windows) to make further manual adjustments. Jaikoz could do this as well, but the interface is a bit convoluted for this task.

Highly recommended.

This one is not going to win any beauty contest, but it's a complete swiss-army knife for all music tagging tasks. Strongly recommended: friendly developer, often updates, very reasonable product license!

I evaluated quite a few tag editors. I tagged many albums in parallel and compared ease of use, problems, and errors and equally important, how responsive the author was to any issues I encountered. With Jaikoz, I had few issues, but was very pleased at how responsive the author is to his user-base (paid or just evaluating!).

Jaikoz lets me maintain all my meta/tag data in all of my music sources. It is amazing how much info is available through Jaikoz. I get lyrics, album art, and all the little details like links to wiki pages for artists, albums, and tracks. Awesome!

Jaikoz is the gem I had been looking for; now I found it!

It is a tagger for power users, but it also provides a "do it all for me" mode for novices. The options are incredibly complete, and the author is always willing to help on the forums. I have been using it for almost a year and it is worth every penny you pay for it (which, by the way, it is not much money). A great piece of software.

Been using this application for years. Without it, I do not think I would have ever cleaned up my music collection to even a tenth of the amount my collection is now. Constantly being improved, the support forums are quite helpful if one encounters an issue, plus feedback and feature wish lists are often considered (as time and resources permit of course).

For me, I mostly needed to clean up the dreaded "unknown track/ unknown artist" folder I had, but the ability to add album art and then later lyrics were nice additions. Personally, help in clearing out duplicates was a huge help.
