I normally use Ammyy and TeamViewer (two applications that I think are very comparable). Compared to those 2:
1) ISL installation is about twice more complex for the client.
2) The process of setting up a ISL connection requires about 4 times as many steps.
2) ISL's response time during a remote session is about 6 times slower (I actually measured it under various condition) However, I do like ISL's pricing structure better than for the other 2 applications.
