Good and easy to configurate and use service desk.
With Intraservice you can easily set-up and configurate many proccesses and make it start for you asap. It's twice as convenient to design the workflows with graphical workflow editor.
Software functional will be enough for most cases of usage.

  • Pricing, flexibility and functionality, multilingual interface, support in english, mobile apps for iOS and Android, convenience, tickets from email
  • Interface looks a bit outdated but it's user friendly anyway, no MAPI support (developers promising to fix this), not so relevant searching in the ticket list
