I use this software frequently, but it is not the best. Unfortunately it is the best that is there for now. It is super expensive because no one is ale to compete with them. For 100 participants it cost 99USD. It does work, it has complex but effective registration set up, and if you are making money from events, it might be worth it, but if you are doing something were you are trying to share information, there are allot of better software out there. The audio can sometimes lag, and on recorded playbacks it is a real issue for some. Also browser compatibility is always an issue. Some have no luck with Chrome, yet others can not use I.E. They do give you a free 2 week trial, which is unlimited, so I would say try before you buy so you know if it will fit your needs. I do use it regularly as I said, so it does do what it is supposed to do. The registration set up as difficult as it is to learn to set up is effective and password protection to assure anyone who is not supposed to be there is also helpful. Hope this helped.
