Incredible! Simple to use and crammed with features. Now all it needs is the ability to make .otf or .off fonts...

A comprehensive vector application but only works in X11 environment on a Mac; not natively. Here is a comparison with FreeHandMX:

I use it a lot to make levels for the game Xmoto. it does a really great job, and has a lot of nice features once you get used to it.

Best free vector editor available IMO. I just hate that it asks me to install X11 on my macbook I bought a year ago! For Windows and Linux, Inkscape all the way. For Mac, I think I'll just have to grab Illustrator.
