Indefero is a web based project hosting service which supports git and svn based projects. It provides bug tracking, a markdown based documentation wiki, file downloads, code reviews, a tagging system for bug tracking and file downloads,and fine grained access control for each part of projects. Indefero itself is open source and can be installed on most linux based servers. There is also a debian package for easy installation.
