GParted is a GTK+ frontend to GNU Parted and the official GNOME Partition Editor application. Great free tool. It's easy to use and does not have feature bloat like Easeus and some of the other products. It's also an open source product and not a "teaser" home version.
Saved my butt on many occasions. I always keep a bootable disk or USB around with this just in case.
