Features of this toolbar I cannot live without (and thus keeping me from leaving Firefox):

- Custom Site Search (via context menu) -- highlight any word on the page and perform a search on any search engine on the web
- Highlight Search Terms (highlight and jump quickly to any keyword or phrase on the page)
- Save Toolbar settings to your Google Account (then all your custom searches can be restored to any browser you login to)

I hate third party toolbars. What's the use? For example, Firefox offers nearly everything that Google Toolbar has to offer- spell check, browsing history, bookmarks, a pop-up blocker, and word finder. Heck, even Internet Explorer offers most of that stuff. Toolbars just take up space.
