The same with Google Talk.

I mean one can have sterling VOIP + remote desktop sharing and file transfer system in one app.

I would recommend Ammyy Admin which is free and doesn't require registration and even installation

or Teamviewer http://www.teamviwer.com which is also good but annoys with it's ads.
