Rubbish support and buggy software

Recently had a serious problem with win2008 SBS and Genie timeline, have been trying to resolve this problem (software was crashing in the middle of backup) for a weeks. Support from genie was terrible, we been chasing them every day...eventually, after month of silly games with genie we have moved to another backup solution.

I am having trouble with this and now have to change for something else. Stuff marked for backup is just not backuped.
