Rubbish support and buggy software

Recently had a serious problem with win2008 SBS and Genie timeline, have been trying to resolve this problem (software was crashing in the middle of backup) for a weeks. Support from genie was terrible, we been chasing them every day...eventually, after month of silly games with genie we have moved to another backup solution.

Genie Timeline and Time Machine

Moved recently from a Mac to a Win as main computer. Tested some software to substitute Time Machine. I decided for this, after testing some, considering my needs (I need the files to be open format, to access them from my iMac as well). I am happy with it. It is not as fancy as Time Machine but it is as functional, if not even more functional.
