There is no contact information on the website and their Mac binary is only PPC meaning that will never work on OS X 10.7
Considering that they have only PPC build I think that probably the last build was many years ago :P
There's already a fifth beta of GanttProject 2.5, dated January '12. Can't say about their Mac binary though. I'm a PC :) But the program looks alive from where I stand.
