On my machine it uses much more processor power than jDownloder. So after a few weeks of testing im going back do JD.
Whilst JDownloader is just as good, FreeRapid is easier on computer resources, and thus my preferred upload site downloader. (However this still uses JAVA, good for cross platform but means it has dependencies).
User interface FASTEST than jDownloader, more OPTIONS and PLUGINS than TucanGood program
The BEST among its kind. Easy, efficient... and whenever there's a bug in a plugin, it's immediately fixed and updated. Updates for plugins happen almost every two days.
I like FreeRapid's user interface much more than jDownloader's, it's better (at least on Mac). And it also works fine.
