Don't want to be paranoid about security, but how can we be sure these apps don't have any non-standard "additions"? There are several great software packages on the website, but you are better off downloading them separately from their regular websites just to be safe. Tainted installers is a great way for trojans to get into your system.

Was thinking the same thing. The site is currently in beta and the site layout has the look of a shady site i.e., default template for a web 2.0 site. I am trying it. It seems like it works fine. But still leery.
