Even it's commercial, you should have a look on it if you want to rename really fast and comfortable a lot of files. I really love the feature to add or remove strings by mark them inline. Also the "replace"-funktion is really useful. The interface is very nice designed, most other tools look very chaotic and it's hard to find the function you'll look for. I tried a lot of renamers, but this is the one, I like the most. Too bad, it's not open source :)
