I use to use this a lot, but nowadays I just buffer the video or whatever, and then goto my Cache folder of my webbrowser and just copy the buffered file.
A great tool for fetching media in firefox, as the other commentators have said. Allowing for you-tube videos, and others, to be saved for re-watching, et cetera.

But media musst be streamed, that's the only disadvantage.
This is a Great program I use it all the time, it helps when I can actually save the videos I am wanting, and for tutorial videos it really helps because then I dont have to be online to watch them over and over again.
