I have not had any speed issues, and the WebUI feature is fully functional and totally gorgeous. Additionally there is a Chrome plugin that allows you to add a torrent in one click from another computer! (really handy if you have it running on a server)
It has a very slow interface because of PyGTK in Windows. I had some trouble with the daemon and web interface. I like qBittorrent more, it's also open source, uses qT, which is much faster on Windows.
