Hi

Davide, almost every software for remote PC control takes ages to connect, especially if it's free of charge.
Literally the company gains signed up users to form it's data base for further procesing and may be use for ads or whatsoever.

Anyway if you want to have really quick PC remote access without installation and config-zero you'd better use
Ammyy Admin http://www.ammyy.com
or
teamviewer http://www.teamveiwer.com

I used them both but was forced to switch to AA eventually as it obviously requires minimum steps to first session run among all other software on the market. On the other hand TV seems a bit more sophisticated but also complicated for a single click connection and use. Though i like it also.

Wierd experience for Davide... I've used Crossloop for a couple of years to help my dad and other friends. simple east and friendly. No hassle with firewalls etc, and because it's user initiated there's no security risk.

Forget it:
- Takes ages to connect.
- Cumbersome log in process.
- Pesters you with requests that have nothing to do with using it.
The only good thing is that it's free for commercial use, but I am not going to burden my clients with CrossLoop's BS.
