about ConceptDraw PRO Jun 2011

Where's the "Hate" button? I tried using this at work a number of times and found it very cumbersome and unintuitive. I was so happy when we switched to Microsoft's Visio, which I think is a much better product. Iv'e also tried Odessa's mindmap tool and found the same thing - very unintuitive.
