   It's very intuitive, and works for most needs as a free version; the paid license is still cheaper than Charles and allows saving presets for different scenarios. I use it both in Linux and Mac.

   If you need to debug Web apps, then Requestly is the best solution out there. Compared to Charles, Requestly has almost every functionality that Charles offers. Very user friendly and collaboration capabilities too.
